Barbara, I recently converted my Sprinter to an RV. It has 10 gal water tank, 15 gal holding tank, sink on 4 ft. counter, ceramic toilet, inverter, microwave, two large batteries, lights, insulated and paneled with birch. It sleeps two but one spot could be used for storage if used by a single person. We use electric skillet and microwave for limited cooking. Send me your email address and I will send photos of conversion. It is unique in that I have never seen this floorplan before. My wife, and I have used class B vans for 10 years and really built this one so it would have all the features we want and none of the ones we do not need.
