Turbo dead - 3rd time
does anyone know about the US "Lemon Laws" regarding new vehicles? The turbo on my 2005 Sprinter 2500 has crapped out on us - again. This time we are stuck outside of Rochester, NY. Any comments or help would be appreciated.

Not sure about US lemon Laws but here in MN if the same part has failed 3 times it is a candidate for a buy back.

Lemon Laws
Lemon laws vary from state to state. If you Google "lemon laws" you will get an information overload. Since all 50 states have adopted the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) there is some form of "lemon law" in every state. Some are better than others.
