I just got my 2007 2500 cargo , I ordered it with spacific options that I wanted for my business ( ordered April 17,2007)
1 I ordered the BC1 100 amp Auxiliary Battery that comes with a heavy duty Alternator, switch and ofcourse the proper wireing harness to run computers printers and heat seal machines through an inverter. This was a major requirment for the van and they neglected to put it in at the factory. Freightliner says I didn't have to pay for it also I ordered the RBV AM/FM CD Radio with Telephone Connection ( For Hands free phone useage) according to the sales man!Now I find out the Telephone part of the the radio is only for German telephones I am in Oregon, I ordered it in Oregon From Oregon Based Freightliner
do I have any recourse, To me this is not acceptable. Other than this I love the van. 21.8mpg Portland to Seattle with only 300 miles on the engine
