    If you're talking about a 2007/2008 or 2009 Sprinter in North America, and if you're talking about the hose on the driver's side (not on a 2002-2006 North American Sprinter), behind lower corner of the radiator, a few people have reported that hose splitting.

    There's an updated version of that hose available from Dodge. There's a metal component replacement made by the James Riordan Company.

    If you're talking about 2006 and prior, the only "common" failure I know about is the turbo resonator, which would split apart on a seam.... the turbo resonators labeled Q5 are more reliable than the Q4-labeled (and earlier) turbo resonators...
