I am trying to install a trailer brake controller myself and wondered if anyone could advise me as to the best place to connect the brake wire. At the pedal or under the driver seat in some of those electronics, ect ? If at the pedal, do I splice into a wire or pull a plug and try to insert wire, or is there an aftermarket splitter for the brake plug that would allow me to connect. Thanks for any help.
