Default Can't Access Anything But the Forum

Can you tell me why I can't access anything but the forums? It keeps telling me that I don't have autorization to use whatever I clicked on, such as the articles. Thanks

    Vampire,

I'm not sure - are you getting an error or is just not allowing access?

    Thanks,

I am also looking at this forum for flexibilty. The Yahoo Sprinter site http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/sprintervan/ does not have the advantage of the bulletin board topics format. As a result the 11000 cleaned messages are almost impossible to search. A topic-based forum self-sorts, much as the Expediter forum does. But, the Yahoo site provides excellent ability to post articles (it has 20+), links (over a 100), databases (several) and relatively poor photo capability. So there is a trade-off.

Some members of the Yahoo Sprinter spun off http://www.thesprinterstop.com/phpBB2/index.php. However, it is not as well put together as your site, and there is no indication that the webmaster is aware of php's article and link posting functionality. Your site implies that there is the ability to post articles and links; and Vampire(?) had the same observation that I found: a message of no access rights to those function. I thought that php permited those function with a built-in delay for the site-manager to ensure nothing improper was going up.

If this site is to be useful alternative to the Yahoo site, I suggest giving it the features that will draw the crowd.
