Default Are all Sprinter assemble in Germany?
Hello to all member . I have just bought a 2004 Sprinter B class Van. After reading the fourm section on tech section on the problems,I was wonder if the same problem the Spinter van that the American and the Canadain are the same? My question is , are the American Sprinter van assemblied in the State, or are they assemble in Germany? The 2004 Sprinter van that I bought was assemble in Germany, and shipped over to Halifax, Nova Scotia via boat, then shipped to Winnipeg Manitoba vai rail. Great West Inc. bought the unit and converted it into a motorhome.
I will be haeding south for the winter in Febuary 2008 for six weeks.

I believe all Sprinters are Mercedes made in Germany. They have been made since 1995 in Germany.

Yes all are assembled in Germany...the ones destined for the US are then dis assembled and crated and reassembled in South Carolina...

The Can. one are shipped complete...

Reason....TAX...Import duties are different in each country...

Default Want to purchase a used sprinter passenger van with a warranty
I'm new to the Sprinter and would like to purchase a new or used passenger van with rear a/c and windows under warranty.
