With retirement coming closer we have started on a self build motor home project using a rather beat up 1999 410 D minibus that we won on Ebay.
After 2 months of hard work it is now in good mechanical shape and looking reasonably good on the outside. Soon we will start on the interior fittings. The bus in it's previous life had done 276,000 miles as a disabled people carrier. There is no record of service history though it was owned by a local authority so one assumes it was serviced and maintained ok. The engine and auto gearbox run perfectly.
At present I'm trying to sort out the electrical system where the has been lots of modification due to the various accessories fitted such as wheelchair lift, auto step and extra lighting.
Can anyone tell me should the 3 amber lights on each side work with the indicators and with the hazard warning lights ? At present they do nothing and I can find no informaton on them in the various service manuals. It would be good if I could find a set of wiring diagrams with sufficient information to check things out. Attached are some pictures of the vehicle as it is now.
