Emmissions and London Exclusion Zone
I am getting conflicting information.
My 316 CDI Sprinter based Motorhome wa registered in August 2002. VIN:- WDB9036122R423362.
I am advised by London LEZ authority that it does not comply with Euro 3 standards and yet elsewhere they state that vehicles registered after January 2002 do comply. My vehicle is on a private plate which could be causing some confusion.
I am trying to find if it does or does not comply. Any Ideas??
