Hi, I'm having problems with my 2004 Diesel Sprinter Van. It shakes sometimes violently upon acceleration. I've been told by a mechanic that he thinks its a fuel issue. The van runs great once u get up to speed. Occassionaly you don't notice it too bad, especially when u first get going, then about 5 min later, and the rest of the day it shakes. It will stop shaking immediately if u let off the pedal....so I just kinda baby it along. I get terrific fuel mileage still. I've been told that a fuel pump and installization was Godzilla Dollars, if that's the problem. I don't have that in my budget. Any ideas or help out there.
