When I make a slight turn driving or not the wheel stays in place, feels very heavy. Placed on jackstands tonight and with key on and engine not running it is definitely tight and chattery to steer/turn wheel. Any ideas where to begin? Fluid is up, no leaks. 90,000 on van.
