Has anyone had number one pistion or any split into 4 parts after only 6months/21000 miles due to over fueling?? iv just experienced this, but thought it was something completely different due to the fact that the engine never locked up on me while driving!! I personally thought that it was electrical and so did the mercedes engineer when he came out as there was no fault that came up on the computer suggesting this!! it never really come to me that my engine could be knackered as i had the old 316CDI and its engine was bomb proof!!! but as they say things are never as good as they used to be!!!
