I need help, we have a fleet of 40 of these sprinter vans with the 5 cylinder diesel. We can't get one to start. It has electrical power, but the starter will not engage. When you try to start it, all of the gauges come on, but it wont turn over. Here is the strange part, normally if the key is on and it has power you can move the shifter, but this will not. So there is no power getting to the shifter lockout. We have also tried to turn the key on to the run position and remote start it at the starter. It will turn over but not start, so this tells me that whatever it is, a module or something, it is keeping the starter from engaging, the shifter from moving and the engine from starting....any ideas?...please help...oh and the alarm appears to working ok as far as we can tell...thanks
